I highly recommend getting a rental car for your stay! The house is in an amazing central location where you are within a 5-minute drive to a great number of restaurants and activities
General House Rules and Extra Fees:

🅿️ PARKING/PARKING GARAGE:
Feel free to park in the driveway or along the street. There is plenty of parking space! Our garage is also available but we do not have a remote available.
🚪 ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you the morning of check-in. The code is changed after every guest.
🏡 AMENITIES:
The house is fully equipped for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as linen, towels, and some start-up toiletries--just bring your toothbrush!
🌊POOL
** Pool hours are 7:00am-9:00pm.
** Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
** Please use the pool net to catch any stray leaves. Pool is serviced every Monday but if you would like additional service during your stay (perhaps after a very windy da, we can arrange that for an additional fee.
** All pump controls are remote, please refrain from touching pool controls.
♨️ PREMIUM PROPANE GRILL:
** We provide grill and cleaning tools. Plan on refilling the propane tank before using it, and bring heavy duty aluminum wrap, and a roasting pan (optional).
** Please clean the grill grates using the metal brush (it's easier while they're still hot), and dispose of any leftover ashes.

Small pets allowed with pet fee.

🛏️ BEDS/BATHROOMS:
Downstairs: Queen bedroom with door directly leading to full bathroom with grab bars and shower chair great for older adults.
Upstairs: Bunk bedroom with Twin/ Full bed and desk perfect for young guests, Queen bedroom with modern design, and King bedroom with L-shaped desk and en suite bathroom. Bunk and queen bedrooms share a full bathroom.
👨🍳 KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/ Pans/ Plates/ Cups/ Utensils.
🧯 SECURITY:
Ring security doorbell located at the front of the house.
📢 NOISE:
Per county laws (9.14.010 ' Public disturbance noise'), quiet hours are in effect from 10PM - 7AM. We love our neighbors and some of them work early hours.
🚭 SMOKING:
The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarette, or other products that produce a smoke or vapor is allowed only in the outside areas.
